We are pleased to bring forward emerging proposals to the existing Barking Riverside development. Bellway's Barking Riverside Phase 6 will provide 722 high-quality new homes in 13 buildings, with 40% affordable housing, on a disused brownfield site. The Bellway Phase 6 site will comprise plots ‘210c and 303a’ of the Stage 2 South Boulevard Sub-Framework Plan (SFP) consented in November 2023 (reference no. 23/01182/AOD). The SFP forms part of the wider Barking Riverside masterplan.

This website covers early pre-application proposals for a reserved matters planning application, due to be submitted early in 2026, to approve the technical details for Phase 6.
